The Sangguniang Panlalawigan of the Province of La Union passed a resolution under Provincial Resolution No. 445-2022, congratulating Prosecutor Bonifacio B. Mangibin for being appointed by President Rodrigo R. Duterte as the next Provincial Prosecutor of the Province of La Union.
Hon. Jennifer C. Mosuela-Fernandez, the author of the resolution said that the Prosecutor was known to the legal profession as a dedicated public servant being a private practitioner and served as Assistant Prosecutor.
Board Member Mosuela together with her fellow members of the August Body under the leadership of Vice Governor Mario Eduardo C. Ortega expressed hope that Prosecutor Mangibin, who had done well as assistant Prosecutor, will do honor to the new position he bears in the light of the present administrationโs policy to improve the dispensation of justice in all aspects.
Prior to his appointment, Prosecutor Mangibin had served with distinction as Assistant Prosecutor for several years and likewise as a practicing lawyer which earned him recognition and respect.
Prosecutor Mangibin is a native of Bangar, La Union and a graduate of law at Saint Louis University Baguio City. He will replace the late Prosecutor Danilo Bumacod who died last year.
