Eugene Ballesteros of Brgy. San Agustin East, Agoo, La Union brought pride and honor to the province of La Union as he placed fourth in the recent Agriculturist Licensure Exam garnering a rating of 85.83 percent.
Ballesteros shared that alongside giving it his all, it is prayer that helped him become a topnotcher.
The 22-year-old La Union Pride finished his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Major in Horticulture degree at the Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University - South La Union Campus.
The Provincial Government of La Union led by Gov. Raphaelle Veronica Ortega-David lauds the achievement of Mr. Ballesteros and for waving the banner of the province. This is truly a manifestation that La Union is also a home for topnotchers and bearers of excellence.
