In celebration of the National Tour Guides Day, the Association of Active Tour Guides of La Union (AsTG-LU) in partnership with the Provincial Government of La Union, Department of Tourism โ Region 1, Tourism Promotions Board and La Union Vibrant Riders hosted a Familiarization Tour on June 19, 2022 participated in by 50 local motor riders. The activity also kicked-off Philippine Motorcycle Tourism in the province.

Ortega V has authored an ordinance entitled โGranting Monetary Incentives to Octogenarians, Nonagenarians, and Centenarians who are Bona Fide Residents in the Province of La Union and Appropriating Funds Thereofโ. It was then approved on the final reading by the August Body during its regular session last Tuesday, June 14, 2022.
