Ten balikbayan boxes which were recently received from PGLU’s Partner Donor Organization based in California, USA were distributed to recipients thru a simple ceremony.

Sangguniang Panlalawigan Ex-officio Member Manuel Victor “Mannix” R. Ortega, Jr. led the PGLU Ad Hoc Distribution Committee in the opening and distribution of the balikbayan boxes at the Diego Silang Hall, Provincial Capitol Building, San Fernando City, La Union on July 14, 2010.
