Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III took oath as Interim Vice President of the National Tokhang Advocacy Coalition (NTAC) for Luzon during the Philippine National Police (PNP) celebration of its 22nd Police Community Relations Month (PCR) with the theme, “Police and Community: Sharing Responsibility, Taking Action in Unity” on July 9, 2017 at the PNP Transformation Oval, Camp Crame, Quezon City.

The celebration saw the launch of five organizations as part of the National Coalition of PNP advocacy groups to further strengthen the campaign against illegal drugs. Guests of Honor and Speaker, Police Director General (PDG) Ronald “Bato” M. Dela Rosa together with Undersecretary Catalino S. Cuy, officially launched the National Tokhang Advocacy Coalition (NTAC), Anti-Crime and Community Emergency Response Team (ACCERT), National Coalition of Information Technology Advocates for Change (NCITAC), Association of Chiefs of Police of the Philippines Inc. Affiliated Non-Government Organizations (ACPPIAN), and the Foreign Nationals Keeper Network (FNKN).
