The Provincial Government of La Union is now in anticipation for the Next Mutia ti La Union who will become as the Provincial Ambassadress of Goodwill and Tourism. The next Beauty Queen of La Union will be crowned on March 2, 2017 as part of the celebration of the 167th Foundation Anniversary of the province with the theme, “Heart Beating as One for the Love of La Union.

A total of 20 candidates are vying for the title Mutia ti La Union 2017. They are Carina G. Cariño of Agoo; Leslie C. Diego of Aringay; Mari Jo P. Quilon of Bacnotan; Darlene Joy Abalos of Bagulin; Katherine Joy O. Adona of Balaoan; Roxanne Danielle A. Sanglay of Bangar; Nadine C. Cabangcla of Bauang; Jackie Lynn P. Angayen of Burgos; April P. Soliven of Caba; Darlene Mae Caolie of Luna; Junea Mae P. Junio of Naguilian; Rainzee Kayle Jamaeca A. Bantiding of Pugo; Trixie Amyr M. Gavina of Rosario; Alyanna B. Boado of City San Fernando; Danica Baybayan Marzo of San Gabriel; Joanna Ann R. Palabay of San Juan; Princess Dianne O. Ronduen of Santol; Shawntel Michole A. Cruz of Santo Tomas; Rosalie V. Espiritu of Sudipen; and Aila Grace S. Estolas of Tubao.
