(for OSY, poor but deserving students, TESDA, etc.)
Increase number of scholars in the province.

II. Financial Literacy Program
Helping constituents learn how to handle their hard-earned money by understanding
financial concepts, as a means to fight poverty.

III. Disaster Preparedness
Buy more equipment to be able to bring quick response to area/s of concern and minimize casualties.

IV. Livelihood Programs
Partner with concerned agencies to provide people with livelihood oppurtunities
and to find jobs faster; procure equipment for farmers, fisherfolks, etc.

V. Youth and Sports Development Program
Promote camaraderies among the youth through sports and other worthwhile activities.
