Advocacies

• To work for a genuine and meaningful implementation of programs and projects to enable the Barangays in the province to attain their fullest development thereby making them effective instruments for a progressive La Union;
• To totally promote and support the advancement of Agriculture in the province as a means and source of sustainable livelihood of farmers and other people transforming them into self-reliant partners in the attainment of goals of the province;
• To provide measure that will make possible for all low-income, indigent, down-trodden bonafide residents of the province to fully enjoy benefits of the Philhealth program of the government;
• To protect and preserve the environment through effective legislative enactments and the efficient implementation of the same
• To promote and protect the rights of children, women, senior citizens, differently-abled persons and indigenous people
• To work for a legislation that will provide free tuition-fees to students enrolled in Agriculture to entice students to take up Agriculture knowing fully well that Agriculture is a way to a stable future; and
• To work for a measure for the creation of A Provincial Development Fund for low-income earners in the province – which will provide capital to start business or livelihood activity. Thus, market vendors, tricycle drivers, small-scale farmers, fishermen and the like may avail of such fund.
